Terms and Conditions
Warranty: All products are supplied with a
12 month parts and labour warranty as standard, excluding light
tubes, light bulbs, night blinds and epos strips. Warranty call outs
will not cover mains supply failures, vandalism or dirty condensers
that are not a machine fault.
Condenser cleaning is the
customer's responsibility and all call outs for this will be
strictly chargeable.
One Year Additional Warranty: The option for the
customer to purchase an additional 12 month parts and labour
warranty over and above the standard warranty supplied with the
product.
This additional warranty can only be purchased at the time of
order and not thereafter.
Free Delivery and Positioning: All products have
"free delivery" included. Free delivery is into the UK mainland only
and is subject to our own delivery schedules and times during normal
work hours, Monday - Friday.
Free delivery assumes that delivery will be made to a clear and
level ground floor premises with no access or door restrictions.
